Acrobatic Gymnastics: Strength, Balance & Teamwork
Lift, balance, and perform together. Acrobatic Gymnastics (Acro) is an exciting partner-based gymnastics discipline where athletes work in pairs or small groups to perform balances, lifts, throws, and tumbling skills.Acro combines the athleticism of gymnastics with the teamwork and creativity of performance. Athletes develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and trust, while learning to move and perform together as a team.The College Gymnastics Acro program offers a pathway from recreational participation through to competitive acrobatic gymnastics.What is Acrobatic Gymnastics?
In Acro, athletes perform in pairs or small groups, combining strength and coordination to create dynamic skills and balances.Athletes learn to:
- Perform partner balances and lifts
- Develop strength and flexibility
- Combine tumbling and acrobatic skills
- Work together with trust, timing and communicationAcro is a fantastic sport for athletes who enjoy teamwork, creativity, and challenging physical skills.Acro Intro – Level 3: Recreational Entry ProgramThis class is designed for boys and girls aged 7–14 years who are interested in trying Acrobatic Gymnastics.The program focuses on learning the foundations of acrobatic gymnastics, including partner balances, controlled lifts, tumbling skills, strength development and flexibility.Athletes build confidence while learning how to work safely and effectively with partners.While this class is primarily recreational, athletes who are interested may also have the opportunity to participate in competitions as they develop their skills.Classes:
Monday: 3:30pm – 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 12:00pmAcro 6+: Competitive Acrobatic GymnasticsThe Acro 6+ program is designed for athletes who wish to train and compete in acrobatic gymnastics.Athletes develop advanced partner skills, strength, flexibility and routines required for competition. Training focuses on technical precision, partner coordination, and performance preparation.Entry into this program may involve coach recommendation or a trial session to ensure the class is suitable for the athlete’s age and ability.Classes:
Tuesday: 3:30pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday: 3:30pm – 6:30pm

Tiny Tumblers
Tiny Tumblers program is designed to foster a love for movement and develop the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills necessary for preschool and prep readiness. We offer a safe and stimulating environment where children can engage in a range of age-appropriate activities to develop fundamental movement skills, including running, crawling, throwing, catching, and jumping.Open to ages 18months-4 years old

Springers Gymnastics Program: boys and girls, Prep to Year 3 (Ages 5 to 10). Springers Gymnastics sets in motion the building blocks for a lifetime of physical activity.
Springers programs Single day/week recreational programs (No experience required). This program nurture’s and develops head-to-toe strength, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, coordination, proprioception, spatial orientation, sensory integration, and balance.Classes: 1hr starting 3:30pm Monday - Thursday & 8:00am on SaturdaysFundamentals: providing fundamentals
Fundamentals Gymnastics: boys and girls from Year 2 to Year 12 (Ages 5 to 17). Fundaments sets in motion the building blocks for a lifetime of physical activity. Open for all children, our program nurtures and develops head-to-toe strength, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, coordination, proprioception, spatial orientation, sensory integration, and balance.Fundamentals programs are 2 hour recreational classes staring from 3:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays or 9:00am on Saturdays.⭐ NEW PROGRAM
Girls Fundamentals – Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (Ages 6–15)A girls-only recreational gymnastics class focused on Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) fundamentals.This program is designed for girls aged 6 to 15 years who are interested in developing strength, coordination, and confidence through structured practice on all four WAG apparatus — vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. In a supportive and encouraging environment, athletes will build head-to-toe athletic ability, gross and fine motor skills, balance, spatial awareness, and proprioception while learning foundational gymnastics movements and technique.

Competitive Classes
Refining and competing ALP and optional routines (State, national and internationally completive pathway.Competitive Gymnastics: athletes Years 1 to 12+ (Ages 6 to 18+). Selection is based around skill acquisition ability; every athlete is an individual. Competitive athletes progress through the ALP from levels 1 to 10. This program enables athletes to attend and compete in regional, state, national & international events. Competitive Gymnastics builds on all specific skills, and strength training taught by our specialist coaches.
Competitive - Multi day/week competitive program, must participant in internal and external competitions.

Level 1 Juniors: Tues & Thur (3:30-5:00pm)
Level 1: Thurs & Fri (3:30pm - 5:30pm)
Level 2/3: Mon, Wed, & Fri (3:30pm - 5:30pm)
Level 4+: Mon, Wed & Fri (3:30pm - 6:00pm)
Level 8+: Mon, Wed, & Fri (3:30pm - 7:00pm) (Additional morning and Saturday training also available.)
